For the 2025/26 season, RC Strasbourg Alsace and Adidas have unveiled a truly meaningful home shirt—one that celebrates the soul of the city through its most iconic monument: the Strasbourg Cathedral. More than just a football kit, the new design pays homage to centuries of history and resilience embedded in the region’s cultural identity.

The shirt features the club’s traditional royal blue base but introduces a subtle and refined embossed graphic on the front: the cathedral’s legendary rose window, rendered directly into the fabric. This intricate pattern not only enriches the shirt visually but also symbolically aligns with the Racing motto: “Nous ne sommes pas onze mais des milliers” (“We are not eleven but thousands”).

The rose window, composed of thousands of glass fragments, echoes this collective spirit. White detailing on the collar, sleeves, and branding adds balance and contrast to the design. And in a gesture that ties history and football closer than ever, the first 300 kits sold include a real sandstone fragment from the restoration workshops of the Notre-Dame Cathedral.
